    Removable Dentures

Comfortable and aesthetic solution for extensive tooth loss, from our own dental laboratory.

    Comfortable replacement option

With our own dental laboratory, we create personalized, comfortable and natural-looking dental prosthetics.

    Personalized fit
    Natural appearance

"Removable dentures provide a solution when the number or condition of remaining teeth does not allow for fixed prosthetics (bridge or implant). Thanks to modern materials and our own dental laboratory, these prosthetics are comfortable, stable and completely natural-looking."

What problem does this treatment solve?

Extensive or complete tooth loss drastically reduces quality of life: it makes normal chewing impossible, causes digestive problems, changes speech, and leads to facial collapse and an aged appearance.

    Our solution

We offer personalized, precisely crafted partial or full removable dentures. If needed, we ensure maximum stability with hidden attachments (precision mechanical retainers) or implant support (overdenture).

How does the treatment work and who is it recommended for?

There are several types of removable dentures, depending on whether any natural teeth remain in the mouth.

    Types:

    • Full removable denture (prosthesis): Made for complete toothlessness. The upper denture stabilizes by vacuum against the palate, while the lower sits on the alveolar ridge.
    • Partial removable denture: When some natural teeth remain but are not sufficient for a fixed bridge. The prosthesis is made with a metal plate base and attaches to the remaining teeth.
    • Combined dental prosthesis: Fixed crowns are placed on natural teeth, and the removable part connects to them with invisible precision attachments (sliders, patents). Exceptionally stable and aesthetic.
    • Implant-anchored (All-on-4 / stud) denture: With 2-4 implants, the removable denture 'snaps' into place. No movement during eating, no denture adhesive needed.

Frequently asked questions about the treatment

Everything worth knowing about the treatment

How long does it take to get used to new dentures?
Usually 2-4 weeks are needed. Initially, speech and eating may feel strange, and pressure points may occur, which the doctor easily corrects during follow-up visits.
How should I clean my removable denture?
Rinse under running water after every meal, and in the evening clean with a special denture brush and cleaning tablet solution. Regular toothpaste should not be used as it can scratch the material.
Should I take my dentures out at night?
During the initial adjustment period, wearing them at night is recommended. Later, it's advisable to remove them at night so the mucosa can rest, stored dry or in clean water.
Will my dentures move during eating?
A well-made upper full denture is stable due to vacuum. The lower denture is harder to stabilize due to anatomy. If you want maximum stability, we recommend implant-anchored (snap-on) dentures.
